Nutrition Tips for Weight Loss

Don’t skip meals

Drink water between meals drink more water

Eat a wide variety of fruit through the week

Eat more vegetables than fruit

Eat some of your veg raw

Ditch the white bread, eat wholemeal

Ditch white rice

Sweet potatoes are so much more nutritious than just potatoes

Restrict red meat to once a week

Avoid processed meats

Have some lean protein with every meal

Don’t wolf down your food, chew it thoroughly

Put your knife/fork/spoon down between mouthfuls

Eat small portions
